As a fiction writer, I know the difficulty of
finding specific answers to research questions.
I also know that sometimes the best sources of
knowledge are people rather than books. While
we can usually find the information we want in
a book, it may take us days or weeks to locate
the right volume. If we know the right resource
person, we can get our questions answered much
more quickly.
With this in mind, I've developed this site specifically
for fiction writers who know little or nothing
about horses. I've found that I often get the
same questions regarding horses -- this site is
a compilation of my answers.
This site is always under construction. I add
new information all the time. Be sure to drop
